Casa De La Vina
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Casa De La Vina for 4 nights. The unit was modern and high tech. The furniture was comfortable and had a great space for someone who needs to work remotely. The rooftop was also beautiful. The only issue I had was the power outlets were not working on the roof. The building management was quick to check on the issue but was unable to resolve the problem by the time I checked out. Communication response was quick from the management team.

Would 10/10 stay again. It is walking distance from downtown. Clean spot, really secured location, comes it feels welcoming.

One of my favorite bookings
The first night we did have to find street parking. Otherwise this aparthotel was fantastic. Comfy, perfect state street adjacent location, and thoughtfully and beautifully renovated property. I would purchase if I could.

Best Stay in Santa Barbara Yet!
My fiance and I were looking for a place to stay in SB that was close to downtown and the courthouse and this place fit the bill. Based off of the photos alone, we knew this place was going to be nice but when you walk in, it’s beautiful, clean, modern and up to date. I’d recommend this place next time you are here since it has great amenities including a functional kitchen area, rooftop hang out area and close proximity to town. The check in and out process is a breeze and they communicate with you along the way so everything is simple and easy.

Wonderful stay.
The location is perfect--- walkable and quiet. Very eye pleasing decoration, and high quality materials. Like the bistro table and chairs, we had our morning coffee outside, it's peaceful. Will return when we come to Santa Barbara again...:)

Great Spot next to DT Santa Barbara
Beautiful room (#1), modern, comfy king size bed. Bathroom is huge, nice shower. Lots of little amenities we never discovered until it was time to leave, but thoughtful for a stay in SB. Will definitely come back for another weekend.

Exactly as listed
Very nice and conveniently located near State street, restaurants and beach. Short walk from everything you need but not too close to be bothered by all the bums on state st. Would highly recommend to stay here again

This property was beautiful and tastefully done. They really paid attention to every detail of this building. The in room amenities were top of the line, clean, new and operational. This was definitely comparable to other five star places we have stayed at. Everything was clean clean clean and well stocked. We loved the quietness and closeness to all downtown has to offer. Wish we had time to stay longer!

The keyless check-in was a standout feature—using just my phone to unlock the suite door eliminated the need for front desk interactions and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. It was a refreshing change to bypass traditional check-in hassles and dive straight into relaxation. The suite itself was a dream. Impeccably clean and designed with an eye for aesthetics, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The high-quality products provided—from tart remover to beach towels and coffee/tea supplies—showed that the team at Casa de la Vina truly cares about their guests' comfort. There were no extra requests or complaints from my side, as everything I could possibly need was already at hand. Check-out was just as effortless as check-in; I simply closed the door behind me and left. The tech-driven door access was not only convenient but added a modern touch to the stay. Great alternative to hotel accommodation
If you are looking at an option other than a hotel then you can’t go past this property. Very comfortable with small kitchen including fridge, microwave, crockery & cutlery (and not plastic). Location within walking distance of State Street. Definitely recommend & would rebook if ever in SB again.
