Start your mornings right with the Nespresso coffee maker (welcome pods included!). When it's time to unwind, please note we feature streaming apps only (Netflix, Hulu, Disney, YouTube TV, Amazon Video)—there is no live TV.

Arrival & Departure

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: No pre-set early arrivals or late departures are permitted. Our cleaning team will automatically welcome you via SMS if the home happens to be ready before the standard check-in time.

Guest & Property Care

• Respectful Guests Only: We warmly welcome guests who will treat our home and our neighbors with the utmost care and respect.
• No Parties or Events: Strictly enforced. Please do not use glitter, confetti, or any other decorations that are difficult to clean up.
• No Pets Allowed: To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests—and because the owner has severe pet allergies and visits frequently—we maintain a strict no-pet policy. We appreciate your cooperation.
• No Smoking: Both tobacco and cannabis are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
• Max Occupancy & Parking: Maximum of 4 guests and a maximum of 2 vehicles.

Safety & Compliance

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Noise Monitoring: To ensure compliance with South Lake Tahoe’s strict vacation rental ordinances, we utilize privacy-safe noise monitoring devices (these measure decibel levels only; no audio is recorded).
• Security Cameras: For your safety and peace of mind, exterior security cameras are located at the front of the home and in the fenced backyard.
• Spa Etiquette: The community spa is for quiet relaxation only. A liability waiver is required upon booking to receive access.

💳 CANCELLATION POLICY

Direct Bookings: Full refund if canceled at least 28 days in advance of your check-in date. *(Note: Direct bookings may be subject to a 4% credit card transaction fee deduction).
